This amazing No Sugar Added Protein Strawberry Banana Bread recipe was created by Rivalus Athlete Karie Janssen! Thanks to Karie, you can enjoy the delicious taste of sweet bread, without any added sweetener! This recipe will yield 2 loaves of bread, or 2 dozen muffins!⁠

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 bananas⁠
  • 3 eggs ⁠
  • ¾ cup yogurt (I used high fat plain)⁠
  • ¼ cup melted butter⁠
  • 2 cups whole wheat flour⁠
  • 1 cup Promasil Strawberry Creme protein ⁠
  • 1 ½ tsp baking soda⁠
  • 1 ½ tsp baking powder ⁠
  • 1 tsp cinnamon⁠
  • ½ tsp Himalayan pink salt⁠
  • DIRECTION:

  • Mash bananas, and combine with yogurt, eggs, and butter⁠
  • Mix in dry ingredients⁠
  • Pour into greased muffin liners or greased bread pan⁠
  • Bake at 325 degrees F (20-25 min for muffins, 35 min for bread)⁠
