Pancake Ingredients :⁠

  • 1 scoop Rivalus Vanilla Overload Casein Protein⁠
  • 1/2 cup oats⁠
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour ⁠
  • 1 tsp cinnamon ⁠
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda⁠
  • 2 apples⁠
  • 1 egg⁠
  • 1 1/4 cup water⁠
  • Directions:⁠

  • Mix dry ingredients together ⁠
  • Blend 2 apples in a food processor. ⁠
  • Whisk one egg and add the water. ⁠
  • Mix dry and wet ingredients together and make pancakes!⁠
  • Top it off with a Cinnamon Maple spread: ⁠

  • 1/4 scoop of Rivalus Cinnamon Toast Cereal protein⁠
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup⁠
